The coffin race featured eighteen teams competing for a big cash purse. The obstacle course Peter set up at Chipeta Park took teams of coffin bearers and their filled coffins through a maze of outdoor playground equipment and mounds of snow. Teams who lost their “passengers” were subject to disqualification. This “Frozen Grandpa” barely escaped getting dumped.
