We offer state of the art cardiovascular, free wight, and selectorized strength equipment. We have nationally certified personal trainers on staff to help you make the most of your workout. In addition we have a scheule of approximately 40 group fitness classes per week including NIA, yoga, Pilates, cardiovacular, strength conditiong, and indoor cycling in our dedicated indoor cycling studio.
Have a hard workout or a hard day at work? We have a steam room, a hot tub, and certified massage therapists on staff to help you unwind. If you have injuries in need of rehabilitation come see our licensed physical therapist.
