Home at Trail’s End is a ‘breath of fresh air’ and a ‘warm hug’ with its open floor plan, sun-filled spaces, large south-facing deck and serene mountain forest setting. Each of its three huge bedrooms offers a unique, distinctive personality and décor, with king and queen sized beds, luxury bedding, and original artwork. The bright, spacious kitchen/dining area is fully equipped and can accommodate all occasions from a quiet, romantic dinner for two, to a lively social gathering of friends and family. With its close proximity to Nederland, Boulder, Estes Park and Denver, as well as plenty of recreation, tranquility and true mountain wilderness, Home at Trail’s End is also an ideal location for small group (up to 10 sleep-in guests) retreats and leisure-time activities. For the electronically oriented, our home also is fully equipped with satellite TV, phone, DSL internet service and a DVD movie library. Home at Trail’s End is easily accessible and loaded with conveniences like a two car garage, washer/dryer, gas grill, hammock on the deck and so much more.
Rental Rates
• $250 per night, up to 6 adults • $25 each additional adult •
• Maximum 10 adults per night • Children 12 and under free •
• Two night minimum stay • Extended stay discounts available •
• $75 cleaning fee for parties of 3 or more • $1500 per week, up to 6 adults •
• 50% advance payment, plus $250 security deposit, required upon booking;
balance paid two weeks prior to arrival •
• Check in: 3pm • Check out: 11am. •
