Board Responsibilities
Attend at least 10 of 12 monthly Board meetings per year
Attend Board retreats (1 to 2 a year)
Attend Member meetings (currently 4/year)
Attend at least 3 of 24 Town Board meetings
Fundraising - as skills and interest allow
Support activities of Chamber with Volunteer time
Recruit New Members through informal positive representation and invitation
Recruit Volunteers for committees and projects
Coordinate with other organizations for successful events
Be available to attend and help with events
Represent Board to community
Current Chamber Member, with dues paid

Time Commitment
Time commitment varies according to committee and event participation
Minimum expectation is five hours per month to prepare and attend meetings
